Every deadline you can't afford to miss, stamped and tracked.

StarkVault tracks your passports, visas, licenses, domains, payment cards, and subscriptions, then tells you before any of them expire. When you need to share a document, it goes out watermarked, and you can cut off access the instant you change your mind.

Why this exists

Three moments that shouldn't happen to anyone else.

The visa that almost lapsed

A friend studying abroad nearly lost their status over a renewal date buried in a folder of paperwork, not from carelessness, just from having no single place tracking it. That's the first thing StarkVault was built to prevent.

The domain that vanished

A card expired, the renewal receipt went to spam, and a domain that mattered simply stopped being ours. No warning reached the right inbox in time. Money Map exists so a card's expiry date is visible before it becomes an emergency.

The share that felt unsafe

Emailing a scan of an ID or a signed contract always meant losing track of where it ended up. Secure Share puts a visible watermark on every PDF you send, with a switch to cut off access even after you've hit send.

Document Vault

Every document, encrypted and organized.

Upload passports, licenses, contracts, and IDs from your phone's camera, photo library, or a file picker, or drag a file in on the web. Everything is encrypted at rest and grouped by category, so a document is never more than a search away.

Expiry Vault

A five-stage warning, not a single deadline.

Add anything with a date attached: a visa, a license, a domain, a lease, and StarkVault escalates as it approaches. A quiet notice at 90 days, urgent at 30, critical at 14, final warning at 7. You choose which thresholds are worth an alert.

Money Map

See which subscription dies with which card.

Record a card by nickname, last 4 digits, and expiry, never a full card number, and link your subscriptions to it. StarkVault flags any subscription whose card expires before its next charge, so a decline never catches you off guard.

Secure Share

Send it. Keep control of it.

Create a time-limited link to a single document instead of attaching a file you'll lose track of. PDFs are stamped with a forensic watermark, the recipient's name and a timestamp, burned into the file itself, and every view is logged. Change your mind, and the kill switch cuts access immediately.

Email and push, on your terms

A daily check runs across every threshold you've enabled and delivers what's due: by email, and by push notification on iOS and Android once you've installed the app. Turn any category off in Settings and it stops immediately.

One account, every device

Web, iPhone, and Android all read and write the exact same account. Add a card on your phone on the way out the door, see it on your laptop that evening. Nothing to sync manually.

Security

What protects your documents, stated plainly.

We'd rather tell you exactly how this works than let you assume something stronger. No overstatement, no vague marketing language about "bank-level" security.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection uses HTTPS/TLS. No exceptions, on any platform.

Encrypted at rest

Documents are encrypted at rest by our storage provider, standard server-side encryption.

Row-level access control

Every database query is scoped to your account at the database layer, not just hidden in the UI.

Not zero-knowledge

This is standard encryption, not end-to-end. Our systems can read a document to generate a watermark for a share you create, and for no other purpose.

No tracking, by design

No analytics SDKs, no behavioral profiles, nothing sold. The vault is built on trust, so tell us what's broken instead of quietly leaving. We read every message.
